The History of Sales Concepts, Inc.

Sales Concepts, Inc., a Northeast Ohio Sandler Training affiliate, was founded by Al Strauss in 1987. Keith Strauss joined the firm in 1993 and together they enabled companies and individual salespeople to overcome many of the typical sales frustrations and challenges.

Al now enjoys retirement while Keith continues helping companies in today's competitive market where the necessity for sales growth and profitability are more important than ever.

Keith Strauss is the principal trainer at Sales Concepts and aligns his training calendar with four other franchise trainers from giving clients a variety of styles, experience and sales history. Combined, they bring over 50 years of Sandler Sales Training experience to the classroom.
