The Right Track

A six week, 15 hour workshop series. Two-and-a-half hours per week are spent in a classroom, with unlimited additional "phone coaching" for all attendees.

MyCrosschecks Coaching Service

Each participant has access to a coaching service called MyCrosschecks. MyCrosschecks is an accountability, goal setting and daily regiment program to help participants in our training achieve all the growth possible. Each attendee is paired with a MyCrosschecks coach to help take the classroom material and translate it back into "their world". All class participants receive a 15 minute phone session each week with their MyCrosschecks coach.

Participants are Assessed Prior to Attending the Program

Each participant is assessed using an outside "sales only" assessment tool before attending the program. This evaluation helps build a roadmap for all attendee's growth and improvement. All participants will receive an understanding of a complete system for selling which helps overcome many of the typical sales frustrations.

The Right Track Topics
