EVENT SUMMARY - Two Modules to be delivered:
FACILITATING ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT: THE PROPOSAL PROCESS
Managers will learn how to oversee the proposal process, including how to analyze and evaluate proposal requests and how to generate and present a final proposal.
MANAGING WORK RELATIONSHIPS: CONFLICT MANAGEMENT
Participants will become aware that conflict among team members is inevitable, that avoiding conflict contaminates effective team functioning, and that managing conflict can harness the creative power of difference.
