Al joined the Sandler Training network in 1987. Sales Concepts, a business development firm which helps individual salespeople, sales teams and executives grow and prosper, is the third company Al has founded and run successfully.

Keith Strauss has spent the majority of his career helping clients and their companies grow and constantly attempting to improve and enhance the organization and employees of Sales Concepts, Inc.
Rose Vinci started working with Sales Concepts, in August of 2006. As Director of the MyCrosschecks program, Rose not only coaches clients on accountability, goal setting and personalizing the Sandler training “system”, she is also the recruiter and manager of all MyCrosschecks Accountability coaches.

Kathleen Krupar has been a successful entrepreneur since 1995 and joined the team at Sales Concepts as a business coach in 2011. In 2006, she hired Sales Concepts for her own personal growth as well as needing direction on how to take her owner operated business to the corporate level.
Jacqueline came to join Sales Concepts in July 2011 with an array of executive administrative experience. As the Office Manager, she manages the company's front office presence, schedules and manages the training at our facility, supports the sales, training and coaching staff, as well as many other facets of our organization.
