Working with Sales Concepts has really helped me own the sales process. Working with Sales Concepts has demystified this process for me—they’ve taught me a framework or system that helps me guide the process to a place where everybody wins. The importance of this can’t be overstated. I’ve consistently observed that the integrity of whoever owns the process is what drives the process—it’s their integrity that determines the outcome. My integrity is governed by my “everyone must win” value. Someone with a different concept of integrity would produce different results. Working with Sales Concepts has been truly phenomenal. There are lots of nuances and subtleties to their system, so their ongoing training and coaching helps to keep the principles and tools front and center. They also provide ‘just- in-time’ coaching whenever I’m facing a unique situation. There’s a client I’m coaching right now—she left a major corporation and went out on her own. The other day I suggested that she set some marketing goals.
