 What happen?

Your first meeting with the prospect was great… and now suddenly you’re hearing, "We're putting off the decision until next quarter" or "I like your product, but just need a little more time to decide”

This is the common stall sales people deal with everyday. Do you know how to deal with it?

A prospect at rest stays at rest! Next time your prospect shifts into neutral try this technique:

Prospect: “We’re putting off the decision until next quarter.”
You: "I’ll be glad to call you in the next quarter, but I get the feeling that even if my product could help, you probably wouldn’t make any changes in the next quarter anyways?"
Prospect: "No, that isn’t want I meant."
You: “Oh, I apologize, What did you mean?”

Asking questions that don’t threaten the prospect allows them to feel in control and get them back on the move.

Use this technique on your next neutral prospect or submit a contact form if you're interested in learning how Sales Concepts can help you SELL MORE.
